ELC / MTL Code


ELC =       Engineering level code
MTL =       Maintenance level code

For some years now, dishwashers are provided with an ELC / MTL code on the name plate behind the PNC
number. Changes of which the customer service is notified do not change the PNC number, only the ELC /
MTL.

For instance, the machine FAVORIT 64055 with PNC number 911 234 759 without ELC Code was built until 28
Oct. 2002 with Easytronic + .

1st change
PNC 911 234 759 ELC 01 until 18 Nov. 2002
the dishwasher was built in the new DIVA version with control electronics EDW 2000.

2nd change
PNC 911 234 759 ELC 02 until 6 Jan. 2003
the dishwasher was built with Easytronic + in order to use up existing components.

3rd change
PNC 911 234 759 ELC 03 until 29 Jan. 2003
the dishwasher was built again in DIVA version with control electronics EDW 2000. Afterwards, the production
was ended for this appliance.


ELC / MTL Code Rules

1.    All products have at first been built without any ELC Code.

2.    The first modification is always indicated by ELC Code 01, the second by ELC Code 02 etc.

3.   The ELC Code does not indicate the nature of the change.
