     This is a major revision of GA27-2742-0 and incorporates Technical
     Newsletter GN31-3001. Operating instructions for the printer and operator
     identification card reader have been added. Comments and corrections have
     been incorporated throughout the manual.

     Any system changes affecting this publication will be reported in subsequent
     revisions or Technical Newsletters. Additional copies of this manual can be
     obtained through IBM branch offices.
