Description
The Model CA-563 is a low-noise BNC to banana-plug cable assembly that is 9.5 in. (24.13 cm) long. This cable
assembly is used to route test signals in the Model 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture and provides a guarded
signal path to minimize leakage current.

The Model CA-563 is specifically designed for use with only the Keithley Instruments Model 8010 test fixture.

    Working voltage, hand-held: 30 V AC and 60 V DC maximum
    Working voltage, hands-free: 5000 V DC
    Current: 15 A DC maximum continuous
