Warranty Extension for OTR Models SMH9187, SMH8165, and SMH9151 with "SE" Errors
BACKGROUND:
Samsung is providing a warranty extension covering the replacement of the ASSY CONTROL
PANEL due to failures of the Switch Membrane/Control Panel. Please note, this warranty
extension DOES NOT cover exchanging the ASSY CONTROL BOX, nor does this apply to NO
POWER issues.

This warranty extension covers only "SE" failures and applies only to the OTR microwave units
