missing, so the upper tray will not roll out RF261BEAESR/AA

Solution: Replace the lower freezer drawer. All

All production since August 20, 2012 comes with the correct drawer installed.
If a customer calls regarding this issue, a new drawer should be shipped to the customer at no charge.
The part number for the lower drawer is DA63-06038A. Do not replace the upper drawer.
