Subject: Display Button Does Not Work.                                           Date: December 14, 1995


Symptom:
  (13)         Pressing the DISPLAY button may have no effect when in FM mode and the field
               strength of the signal is greater than 60dB.



Solution:      If the customer complains of this problem add a 22K ohm resistor between JW25
               and JW43 on the main board as shown below.

               Preparing the resistor:
               1- Cut the leads so that the overall length is 26mm.
               2- Insulate the leads as shown.
               3- Form the ends of the leads as shown.
