Symptom:
  (**)         Troubleshooting is difficult without an extension cable.




Solution:      A 23p Extension cable is now available for servicing this unit while it is
               disassembled. The part number for the cable Is J-2501-087-A. It is used to
               connect CN201 of the Main board to CN101 of the BD board. See diagram
               below.
