Symptom:
  (12)                  Does not operate.

                        Will not accept any key command and LED is distorted.

Solution:               If this symptom occurs:

                        Make continuity between the upper lid and the PCB ground.
                        1. File the pattern of power PCB (Fig-1) lightly and clean with alcohol.
                        2. Add a rubber cushion on the DC Jack. (Fig-2)
                        3. Put the upper lid and confirm the continuity between the mount screw of upper lid
                        and the negative battery terminal.
