Subject: Part Number Missing for bushing used on Q801                     Date: May 19, 1995


Symptom:
  (**)         The part number for the Bushing, which the screw that holds the Horizontal Output
               transistor Q801 to the Heat sink goes through, is missing. The bushing should be
               shown on page 12 between the transistor and heat sink on the left hand side of the
               flyback REF 59.

Solution:      Please add the following part number to the Service Manual.
