Symptom:
(111) The values of resistors R854 and R859 have been changed. These resistors should
be changed regardless of the symptom.
Note: Please also refer to related Service Bulletin, TVP 0281R2.

Circuit Change -1:
a. R859 was not mounted on E board originally. Therefore, you are required to
cut the foil pattern on the CR Board between CN702/pin 7, and CN703/pin 7,
then mount R859 as illustrated in Fig 1 & 2.
b. Replace R854 on the "E" Board with the value below.
c. Replace C808 even if it seems OK. Same value and part number as original.

Circuit Change 2:
Replace both R854 and R859 with the values below. Also replace C808 even if it
seems OK. Same value and part number as original.
Note: If R859 is a jumper wire, please replace it with a 0.47 ohm resistor.
