FAULT:      Completely dead, no power LED
            Power LED flickers
            Powers on when cold
            Backlight flickers when power first applied

DIAGNOSIS:  Check for good 5V standby
            Check 3.3V regulator on main board (should measure 3.3V out)

FIX:        Replace 3.3V regulator

MODEL:      IDLCDTV37TV016HD and related IDLCDTV chassis

FAULT:      Stuck in standby
            Takes 10-20 minutes to start up
            Blue LED on front flickers
            Graphical corruption on power up (lines on screen, etc.)

DIAGNOSIS:  Check for good 5V standby

FIX:        Suspect 2200uF 10V and 1000uF 35V caps
            Replace the suspect capacitors even if not bulged
