FAULT:      Viewable picture with fuzzy colour or noise on it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIAGNOSIS:  Manipulate LVDS cable; if noise goes away, the fault is with LVDS.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FIX:        Reseat LVDS cable. Recommend moving factory tape as it is too tight;
            it pulls down on the cable. A shim may help too.
