< 1 > Removing fan 82
(1) Insert steel plate into the gap between fan and base.
(2) Hold the both end of steel plate.
(3) Remove motor by pressing down the motor shaft.
Press the motor shaft.

< 2 > Assembling fan to motor
(1) Hold the motor shaft.
(2) Assemble base to the motor, and then assemble fan 82
to the motor shaft by pressing. 0.2m - 0.7mm
(3) Check the gap with thickness gauge, if its distance Fan 82
is 0.2m - 0.7mm.
If not, adjust it further, until the distance comes to
Base
the above mentioned size.

Assemble rod 2.5 to any of 2 hooks by pressing it. Hold here the motor shaft.

< 4 > Fastening torque for tapping screws
Fastening torque for tapping screws has to be approx. 75Kgf.cm.
Over tightening is cause of damage on the threaded hole of housing set.
