The dust collector mainly for collecting the

wood chips discharged from the various
wood processing machine. Once the special
accessories or the hose and nozzle etc. have
been installed, this machine also can act as
the Conveyance equipment for cutting wastes or the Blower.

Features and benefits
1. The Dust collecting amount can reach to 200 L corresponding to that of the large model, regardless of the small
model and light weight.(The capacity of Hitachi R-100 model with weight of 30 kg : 180L)
2. The safety switch with which the operation cannot start unless the hose or the cover is installed on the suction
port.
3. The vibration proof construction, wherein the fan vibration caused by high speed rotation is not released to
outside.
4. The heating damage preventing unit is mounted to protect the motor from heating damage by the overload caused
when the debris accidentally has been clogged in the fan.
5. With the built-in peep hole on the dust bag, the dust amount can be easily checked.
6. The accessory hood allows to collect cutting chips directly from the large model wood processing machine.
7. Once the attached nozzle and cover have been installed, the machine can play as the Blower.

(1) Replacing of the carbon brush
a. Loosen the screws 1 and2 to disconnect the inlet and curling.
b. Loosen the screw 3 to disconnect the motor cover. At this time insert the screw driver through the base hole to
loosen the 2 pieces of screws at under side.
c. Loosen the screw 4 to replace the carbon brush. Be sure to insert the tool on the edge of the field lead wire into
the tool of the carbon brush at this time.
Screw lock super 103Q
(Reference) The service life of the carbon brush is about 1,000-hr.
(2) Mounting of the cushion
Apply the screw lock super 103Q and screw at
the fastening torque of 3.5 kg-cm.

Manually fasten the mount while holding the
rubber portion by hands.
(4) Mounting of the fan 130
The fastening torque of the nut is 100-200 kg-cm.

For replacing the motor, see the technical information of #401(BL-0765). Use care that the fan for cooling the
motor is screwed by the left-handed screw.
