This machine, wherein the bevel cutting
function capable of angle-cutting (45"cutting)
for the tile etc. is additionally built in the
model 4103D(80 mm cordless diamond cutter),
has been developed to enlarge the application range.
The 4190D is the model without the charger

The 4190DW is made through the combination

Features and benefits
(1) With the bevel cutting function(0-45), the tiles on the bath room or the entrance of a house can be jointed
together.
[Other are the same as 4103D.]
(2) The water supply unit mounted on the body as well as the cordless type requires no power cord or the water hose
and it can be used at any place.
(3) The safety lock switch built in the switch provides the safety operation wherein the diamond wheel cannot run
even if the trigger on the switch is pulled out once the safety lock has been locked.
(4) The cartridge type spare battery enables the continuous operation.

Repair
(1) Conform to the 4130D. Diamond whell
(2) Check if the clearance between the edge of water supply
tube and the diamond wheel is the one as shown on the
figure 1. If extremely out-of-positioned, adjust the water supply tube.
