Subject Change on method of installing or removing the driver bit and change on torque adjusting
knob (shifter pin)
For Models 6791D/DW and 6792D/DW (Cordless Screwdriver)
Note This information applies to the tools for automotive industry in Germany, France and Italy
and HS-Technik in Germany.
Description 1. The method of installing or removing the driver bit will be changed as follows.
Current
To install or remove the
driver bit, slide the sleeve
backward (in the direction of
the arrow). See the figure
below.

Ring spring 11 Stop ring E-9
To install or remove the Steel ball 3.5
driver bit, slide the sleeve
forward (in the direction of
the arrow). See the figure Flat washer 12
below.

2. The torque adjusting knob (shifter pin) will be changed as follows.
i) A hole will be made in the knob.
ii) A hex nut will be inserted into the knob.
iii) A plate will be added over the hex nut.
vi) A screw M3x6 will be added.
