Description Hex.Sleeve has been added to be inserted to be inserted into Joint to increase strength of

Only for Model 4304T,Pan Head Screw M4x8 fixing Lever 51 has been changed to
Countersunk Head Screw M4x6. Accordingly the Lever 51 has been changed.
