SERVICE SOFTWARE VERSION 311.02.00

               New service software version 311.02.00 has been released for NHM-3 and
               NPE-3.

               Changes made from version 311.01.00 to version 311.02.00:

               -     Additional "User Settings & Data Transfer" items added
               -     Label print changes, use Nokia default if specific country is not found
               -     Improvement to SMS/GMS "User Settings & Data Transfer"
               -     In Wintesla settings transfer the correct setting is now restored after
                     flashing in 'Show Clock', 'Cell info display', 'Active Profile' & 'Security
                     Level'
               -     Improvements in TX Power Tuning
               -     SMS messages are now restored in the phone. This requires that a SIM
                     card (any will do) is inserted in the phone when restoring.

               Notes:

               - A few user setting are not transferred during Save and restore of user
               settings. All data is restored, but the settings must be selected again.

               - When saving and restoring user settings, it is necessary to have a SIM card
               in the phone in order to transfer SMS/GMS.
