NEW SERVICE SOFTWARE VERSION 311.06.00

               New service software version 311.06.00 has been released for NPE-3 and
               NHM-3.

               Changes made from version 311.05.00 to version 311.06.00:

               -     New *.bmk (Bookmarks) file format.
               -     USSD bearer support added.
               -     General changes have been made to "User Settings and Data Transfer"
                     (more stabilised and user friendly).
               -     New RX - Filter calibration read out (DTOS / BIQUAD).
               -     "User Settings and Data Transfer" Language selection and setting is
                     transferred.
               -     Includes PCI 05.50.10


               Notes:
                - A few user setting are not transferred during Save and restore of user
               settings. All data is restored, but the settings must be selected again.
                - When saving and restoring user settings, it is necessary to have a SIM
               card in the phone in order to transfer SMS/GMS.
