SLIDE AND GREASE INFORMATION
The plastic slide cover assembly (including microphone etc) is now available
as a spare part. This new code (9490060) replaces the old code (9456566)
and the old code can not be used anymore when placing orders.

Grease Service Pack is now available. It contains three grease barrels, one
dispenser and nossles.
It is used for greasing the track for the slide on the A-cover, i.e. when A-
cover or complete metal slide assembly is replaced. (Each barrel is for 200
phones.)

APPENDIX I
1. The Grease should be applied on A-cover, before inserting the Slide
assembly
2. The Grease should be applied inside the A-cover tracks, from the middle
and down towards the microphone connector.

3. The grease is applied in one movement, leaving a strip of grease in approx. a
diameter of 1mm and in a length of 25 mm. There should be 5 mm clearance
towards microphone connector. A similar amount in size and position should
also be applied in the opposite track.
4. Be sure that the grease not exceeds the plunger
