NEW HARDWARE VERSION 1620

               New HW version 1620 has been released for NSM-3 since following IMEI
               numbers:

               448902/70/400522/9
               449302/10/687721/0

               Changes made from version 1610 to version 1620:

               -    Capacitor C205 changed to stabilise flash programming voltage in
                    baseband

               Note: This change might help in cases of 'contact service' problems during
               flashing. Otherwise no changes are needed for phones coming to the
               service.
