NEW SERVICE SOFTWARE VERSION 271.01.00

               New service software version 271.01.00 has been released for NSE-8
               phones.

               Changes made from version 241.11.00 to version 271.01.00:

               -   Multi SIM Locks handling in Phone Identity dialog improved
               -   Channel numbers editable in TX power side channel tuning
               -   Product specific delay before software reset added.
               -   Support for non continuous SIM lock programming data (France Telecom)
               -   Factory settings are now always done in local mode
               -   Support for ROM-6 added
               -   During flashing user is warned, if FLS-1 licenses are below warning limit
               -   In MCU Self-test's dialog "Failed" text is replaces with more visible
                   "**Failed**"
               -   Cancel selection added to Restore Defaults prompt after flashing
               -   Old GSM and T9 files are deleted before saving user settings during
                   flashing
               -   In Warranty State month zero is no longer accepted
               -   Notices much faster, if SIM is not inserted in SCM edit dialog
               -   Fixed cases where TX power level was not always correct when TX I/O
                   tuning is started. BASE and TEST levels removed from power level
                   selection in TX I/O Tuning dialog
               -   In MCU Self tests dialog fixed power off dialog title
               -   User setting recovery from failed flashing
               -   User settings are tried to write phone a bit harder (retry)
               -   After flashing self-tests testing and flash authority id is retried after reset,
                   if they at first fail
               -   DSP Alive test added after flash
               -   Improvement when flashing with NT (ealier rubbish was written to
                   TESLA.INI during flashing with NT)
               -   Erase limits can be market area specific
               -   Target base level is updated when base level calculation is used while
                   tuning TX power levels
               -   Saving is enabled after calculate, if levels are in order while tuning TX
                   power levels
               -   GoNoGo test interface support added
               -   Improvement to auto lock information displaying
               -   Sleep Test supports multiple tests without closing dialog
               -   User is asked to put power on after power off test in Sleep Test
               -   IMEI and SIM Locks can be set once with Both button in Phone Identity
                   dialog
               -   Check box for manual entry added in Phone Identity dialog
