Subject:       Change in the AU1200TM Processor Test, Mark, and Pack (TMP) Site Location


AMD is announcing a new location for final test/mark/pack (TMP) of the AU1200TM processor. See
below for details:

Product Identification:       AU1200TM processor

Device Version:               A1200AC                 A1200ACF

Package Types:                LBA372

AMD Product Line:             PCSG (Personal Connectivity Solutions Group)

Description of Change:        The AU1200 processor TMP site location is being changed from ISE
                              Labs in Austin, Texas to a previously qualified TMP site in ASE
                              Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Reason for Change:            To improve productivity and increase manufacturing capacity.

Application Impact:           There is no change to the electrical datasheet or the functionality/
                              performance/ specification of these products. There will not be any
                              impact to application, form, fit, function, quality, or reliability. The
                              tester, test program, and handler will remain the same as currently used.

Qual Description:             Correlation data is available upon request.
