Reason         :   Upon shipment from the factory, some of the MULTI-OUTPUT TRAY-D1 fixing screws have
                   untapped holes. This is to describe the field fix and countermeasure.

                   When mounting the MULTI-OUTPUT TRAY-D1, the hinge (FB4-3791-000: Parts calatogue FY8-
                   31CK-020 Q10-3) is attached to the copier main unit, but due to a mistake during assembly, some
                   were shipped out with screws that have untapped holes. The field fix is as follows:

                   Remove the RS tight screw that secures the Front Left Cover (FB4-3233) and use it to tap the screw
                   hole in the location shown in the diagram below.

                   Then, mount the MULTI-OUTPUT TRAY-D1 hinge.
