1 Correction of image density In machines in the field, there are times when even at the limit of
adjustment problem adjustment control, proper density cannot be obtained because of the
intensity of density (dark copies) at the optimum exposure setting. The
service adjustment settings (DENS_ADJ) were changed to widen the
adjustment range, and at the same time to slightly ignore some fine details
on the white background during reading of the image.
2 Correction of E063 display In cases where the transfer corona assembly wire cleaner home position
problem detection sensor fails, an E063 error code gets displayed and it becomes
impossible to make copies. A mode to override the setting to allow copying
on a temporary basis when an error code gets displayed was added to the
service mode.

display problem gets displayed. The length of data sent to MMI was lengthened to enable
sending a specific value.
