820 resistor added as a countermeasure to the problem During F/T switching, the PBX goes on
hold if the handset is lifted.

Process details
     
              Soldered PCB mounted on solder side.

     
            Un-soldered PCB mounted on solder side.
            Solder work after resistor is mounted.
