SUBJECT:                PCB REVISION/PARTS CHANGE/ROM UPGRADE


OUTLINE

The PCB has been revised (HH1-1983-05  HH1-1983-06) to include the details of the following
Service Bulletins:

1.      Service Bulletin B100-008/010
         Resistor changed and added in response to problem of blank image output.
2.      Service Bulletin B100-009
         Pattern changed in response to problem of shortened ESS.
3.      Service Bulletin B100-011
         Spacer added below IC106 as a countermeasure to nondetection of RPS.
4.      MAIN ROM upgrade (EC07-02  EC13-02)
5.      MAIN ROM upgrade (EC03-01  EC09-01)

* New SCNT components use the new parts from the above-mentioned Service Bulletins.


SERVICE TIP

There are restrictions on the combination of SCNT, MAIN ROM and NCU. Further details will be issued
later.
