Subject:    Software update
Countermeasure is applicable upon every repair (within S/N range) and upon
customer compliant.

Symptom: Our customers work with the "GetStatus" command. The result of
this command via RS232C is wrong. (Even in "Stop" mode to status information
is "Paused").
When DN-V310 is in Stop mode and "Get Player Status" command is sent via
RS232, the machine responds that the unit is in "Playing" mode, not the
"Stopped" mode.

Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
