Model:               AVR-1909, AVR-789

Subject:   Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.

Symptom: 1) Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc (BD "The Descent")
2) There is the case that a sound does not out from subwoofer when turn on the
power of the unit in the state that Multi EQ is Enable.

Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATING the firmware via RS232C.
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models.
Please refer to the following Instruction Manual for updating.
