Subject:             Countermeasure for trigger out malfunction


Symptom: If you switch TRIGGER OUT for MAIN Zone to ON. After changing
the Surround-Mode (for example) from Dolby Digital to DOLBY Headphone this
will change the trigger out signal to be turned off.
Intention: The customer in the late evening wants to switch from speakers to
headphone while viewing the movie. Trigger has been used for the projection
screen. As soon as the customer plugs the headphones in the screen is goes up.

Solution: The malfunction occurs due to a bug in the MICON software.
Please install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite your customer's
unit upon claim. (Refer to the supplied rewriting procedures.)
