Subject: Countermeasure to improve unstable operation in the Auto Set-up
function.
Symptom: Low-frequency noise is coming out from Subwoofer R or Subwoofer
B at only below condition.
1) Setup Menu 7-1. Channel Setup: Subwoofer in MAIN ZONE is set to
Subwoofer (L/R or F/B).
2) 3-2. EXT.IN Setup: S. Back is set to SBL/SBR or SB (SBL).
3) Select EXT IN mode.
Solution: Improved the Firmware so the Set-up function operates properly.
MODIFICATION: (Only upon claim) Install the Writer Software to a PC and
update your customer's unit upon claim, by means of the Writer Software. (For
the update procedures, please refer to the attached procedures.)
