Model:               AVR-1911CI, AVR-791


Subject:             Correction of the Firmware via DFW.


Symptom: 1) Sleep timer for ZONE 2 does not work.
2) Character of Meta Data displayed on FL-display is garbled at the time of
connection with ASD-51.
3) The unit might not through normally specific image signal
(sYCC/AdobeYCC/AdobeRGB).
4) When play a source of 3D with BDP-S470(SONY BD Player) and set the CEC
of AVR to ON then turn off the power (Standby mode), the picture is not output.
5) When CEC commands more than 11byte were sent by KDL-46LX900 (SONY
TV), AVR does not work normally.
6) The indication of the Volume of TV flickers when operated VOLUME with a
RC-unit of TV using CEC control function when connect UE40B7000/LN46C750
(SAMSUNG TV) to AVR.
7) Signal of video and audio are not output (pass-through) when connect an AC
cord again after pulling an AC cord in the state that turn off the power of the AVR
(Standby mode) after set CEC to ON. (It is recovered when turn on the power of
the AVR then turn off again.)


Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATE via RS232C. We will supply the following program files
for updating the subject models in SDI. Please refer to the following Instruction
Manual for updating.
