Subject: Modification of sponge material
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: Unpleasant smell from inside of unit. The neoprene-sponge used
for the improvement of sound deadening has a rubber smell at first. Usually the
rubber smell does not escape to the outside of the unit, but the DBP-4010UDCI
has a fan so the rubber smell is noticeable outside of the unit.
Solution: We will exchange the sponge in production from "neoprene-
sponge" to "polyethylene-sponge".
