Subject:      Countermeasure for a malfunction that occurs when playing back a
particular Disc.


Symptom: Regarding the subject models, a malfunction that is incapable of
performing search or pause operation occurs, approximately 45 seconds after
playing back the main chapter on the DVD Disc AUSTIN POWERS GOLD
MEMBER (Manufacturer: Infinifilm).


Solution: The firmware has been updated.
