Model:               DVD-9000


Subject:             Countermeasure for a malfunction upon playing back a particular
JPEG disc.


Symptom: The unit is incapable of playing back a particular JPEG disc
properly. (QSS CD manufactured by Noritsu Steel Machinery Company.)


Solution: The Firmware has been corrected. Record the following program
files together onto one CD-R Disc and update your customer's unit upon claim by
using the Disc you created.

Note: When recording the files on the Disc, the format shall be "ISO9660" and
the session shall be "CLOSE".

Program files:
1) Program File for the unit equipped with the 1st Edition of DENON LINK and
the old ESS chip: (Ver.6133-7, Chip version: A16)
