Model: DVD-1920, DVD-756
Subject: Alteration of the Firmware.
Symptom: The power supply of the set is not turned on though STANBY LED
lights. (About 1/5 probability)
1) Set to Progressive ON mode at initial setting.
2) Push the POWER button.
3) Insert any Disc on the Tray and playback it.
4) Turn off the POWER to STANDBY mode.
5) It does not turn ON the power when push the POWER button.
Solution: The Firmware has been corrected so malfunctions do not occur.
MODIFICATION: (Upon claim) Record the file onto a blank CD-R and update the
Firmware using the CD-R. Perform the update whenever the referenced models
are brought in for service for any reason.
