Subject:             The Power of the unit does not turn on.


Symptom: The following case may occur that when the Power of the unit is
turned on. The FL display does not light, and the mechanism and operation
buttons do not work at all though the LEDs on the switch section turn on.


Solution: The circuit has been changed so that a delay is applied to the
resetting detection circuit and resetting is not applied immediately.
