Subject:             Default setting of EQUALIZER AMP-switch.


Symptom: Root cause for non-technical fault repairs appears to be default
setting of Equalizer Amp switch.


Solution: A Notice Sheet was added to the DUST COVER in order to
highlight this potential operation problem.
