The exchange of driving unit ass'

NOTE
Power must be supplied before the exchange.
During the exchange, prevention band for static electricity must be in wear.
(To avoid the damage of pick-up for static electricity)
A. Separation of D/U ass' y.
1. Short terminal (1) on pick-up PCB after separating mecha from set.
2. Take down D/U ass' (2) through turning relay gear (3) in CCW direction.

3. Release screw (5).
4. Push slider ` (6) in the direction of screw (5).

5. Separate D/U ass' (2).

B. Assembly of D/U ass' y.
1. Put D/U ass' between slide ` (7) and slider ` (6).

2. Push slider ` (6) in the opposite direction of screw (5).

3. Lock screw (5).
4. Open terminal (1) on pick-up PCB.
5. Put mecha on set.

A. Separation of tray ass' y.
1. Short terminal (1) on pick-up PCB after separating mecha from set.
2. Open tray ass' (4) through turning relay gear (3) in CW direction.

3. Pull tray ass' until tray ass' contact hook (5) of chassis/m.

4. Separate FCC (5P) (6) from water (7).
5. Pull tray ass' throughly pressing hook (2).

B. Assembly of tray ass' y.
1. Turn loading gear (9) until arrow mark on main gear (8) meets that on loading gear (9).
2. Push tray ass' (4) pressing hook (5) slightly.
y
(Pay attention to FCC(5P)(6) in flat, or touch noise may happen.)
3. Put FCC (5P) (6) into water (7).
4. Push tray ass' (4) throughly.

5. Open terminal (1) on pick-up PCB.
6. Put mecha on set.
