The latest 2.5" disk drives from IBM provide up to 8100MB
in a 17mm high package. Using the latest MR head
technology, IBM's patented No-ID sector formatting, the
SMART function, advanced power saving modes and IBM's
new `Load/Unload heads' technology, IBM provides high
performance, high capacity drives, particularly suited to the
mobile computing market, and its increasing application of
multimedia.
