Subject: Image blur at the rear edge when copying
Model: FS-6025MFP/6025MFP(B)/6030MFP
Phenomenon In case 11 X 17 inch / 27,94 cm X 43,18 cm sized originals are placed on the contact glass
and copied, the image may appear slightly blurred with a 10mm X 10mm range from the rear
edge.
Cause When scanning the original, the bottom of the Wire alignment holder in the first mirror frame
of the scanner, contacts the upper side of the optical wire pulley and the first mirror frame
may vibrate vertically together with the light path.
Previous solution 1. The wire alignment ribs of the wire alignment holder (Guide FFC LED C) have been cut to
avoid contact with the optical wire pulley.
2. Due to the above mentioned change, the Sheet FFC LED has been added to press the
FFC main LED lamp down.
Current solution 1. The shape of the Sheet FFC LED has been changed, to improve the measure against the
blurred image on the copy.
2. Due to the above mentioned change, the shape of the wire alignment holder (Guide FFC
LED C) has been changed.
