Phenomenon          Abnormal sound may arise from the Shaft of the roller, MC CLN* and the Bushing at the
                    Drum unit.

                    Note*: Component of MC-475 (302K39K14)
Solution            Apply a drop of conductive grease (GE-334C: P/N A0199040) to the specific point on the Shaft
                    as shown in the Image below.

                       Apply a drop of conductive grease (GE-334C: P/N A0199040)
                       here. Do not apply it to the surrounding surfaces.
