Topic
It was informed by the service bulletin SB-2K3-0024-B432 that the guide (No.5) was added as the measures against
the standard cassette withdrawing failure due to the stiffness.
This time, the following changes were made as the permanent measures.
Content of Changes
1) The shape of the cassette backside was changed so that the paper width cursor support point will not contact the
base edge protection material.
2) The guide (No.5) for the cassette CT-475/476(No.1 to 4) was abolished due to the change above.
