Grey background on         Phenomenon
the print-out.             When the toner level is low, the message "Replace toner" or "Low toner" appears. After
                           refilling the toner, grey background may appear on the print-out.

                           Solution
                           The amount of refilled toner has been changed. Please note that the message
                           "Replace toner" has been discontinued.
