 Subject:             Abnormal sound from the exit section
 Model:               FS-6950DN/6970DN


Phenomenon            The FD unit frame (Guide vertical) may warp upward around the center, due to the heat from
                      the fuser section. Under this condition the frame may contact the exit roller and the abnormal
                      sound may occur.
Solution              Production measure
                      The Bush exit (302J528061) has been added between the frame and the shaft of the exit
                      roller, to avoid direct contact between the shaft and the frame.

                      Field measure
                      The Bush exit B (302J528070) has been registered. Please note that this part can be installed
                      without removing the FD unit.
