Subject: Vertical black streak on the left edge of the print-out
FS-1100/1300D/1350DN/1120D/1320DN/1370DN/1028MFP/
Model:

Phenomenon The vertical black streak may appear 1-2mm from the left edge of the print-out.
Cause Light from the laser scanner unit is reflected by the shutter spring at the drum unit.
Solution The shape of the seal drum frame on the left side of the frame drum has been changed to
seal drum frame B to prevent the light reflection from the shutter spring.
The seal drum frame B is a component part of the drum and is not available as a individual part.
