Subject Notes on Upgrade of the Firmware
Model FS-1030MFP, FS-1130MFP, FS-1035MFP, FS-1135MFP
Topic
Please restart the machine by completely disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord after firmware was
upgraded.
Reason
The LCD display remains lit and the power cannot be turned OFF even if the power switch was pressed
after firmware upgrade.
Therefore, it is necessary to disconnect and reconnect the power cord in order to turn the power OFF and
ON.
After the power cord was reconnected, the machine starts up and the LCD is lit.
Then, the machine will automatically enter in the [Ready] mode since it retains the previous status.
