 Subject:            Failure to install the Main charger unit at the Drum unit frame
 Model:              FS-3040MFP/3140MFP/3040MFP+/3140MFP+/3540MFP/3640MFP


Phenomenon          The Service parts Main charger unit can not be installed at the Drum unit frame.
Cause               The Hook of the Main charger unit may be deformed due to pressure in the Vacuum pack of
                    the Packing material.
Solution            The Packing material has been changed as follows:

                    1. A part of the Cardboard has been removed.
                    2. A Spacer has been added to the inner side of the hook
