Subject: Use of DF-610 on KM-6330 (S/N & F/W version for DF-600/610)
Model: DF-600 / 610 (KM-4530 / 5530, KM-6330)
Important Note:
When installing both the DF-600 and DF-610 to the KM-6330, please make sure to use below
firmware version or later!

When installing the DF-610 to the KM-6330, please make sure to use a DF-610 with below serial number or
later.
Installing DF-610 to KM-6330:
DF-610: ACF3004975 or later
Please be informed that the new type DF-610 (after ACF3004975 that includes below 3 changes for KM-
6330) can in fact be used on the KM-4530 / 5530 as well without particular problems.
The DF-610 with an earlier serial number than ACF3004975 however can only be used on the KM-4530 /
5530 and not on the KM-6330.
CONTENTS OF CHANGES OF DF-610 FOR KM-6330
1. Change of `CLUTCH 33, CONVEYING'
Paper may jam when it is punched because the feed-in clutch is not turned off (clutch is continuously turned
on. In order to prevent this kind of paper jam, the inner shape of the clutch has been changed.
2. Change of DF-610's `MAIN PCB ASS'Y'
In order to prevent system error on KM-6330 as much as possible, following has been changed:
The Chip inductor of L44 on main PCB has been changed to chip 0 Ohm.
3. Change of `LEFT GUIDE, SUB EJECT' (P/N: 3B816530)
The `LEFT GUIDE, SUB EJECT' that is used for paper ejection to the sub tray may deform due to heat. In
order to prevent this deformation, the M3x08 screw (Q'ty:1) used for attaching the guide to front side of
machine has been changed to a `PIN, CLEANING'.

NEW `PIN, CLEANING' (P/N: 61718720)
