 Subject:            Error code CS1020 due to the damaged CPU of the main board
 Model:              PF-500/510


Affected models: PF-500                 FS-C5100DN/5200DN/5300DN/5350DN/5400DN
                     PF-510             FS-C5100DN/5200DN/5300DN/5350DN/5400DN



Phenomenon          Error code CS1020 (PF lift motor error) may occur.
Cause               The CPU may be damaged due to over-current or over-voltage, when the connection between
                    the paper feeder and the machine is interrupted.
Solution            The diode has been added to the circuit around the CPU to prevent damage to the CPU during
                    hot-swapping of this connection.
